Living in Nova Scotia, Kempton is a fan of cool climate, food-friendly wines, particularly Pinot Noir, Riesling and French-American hybrids. Kempton has over 22 years of Restaurant / Hotel Management experience and loves to teach wine education to all levels of expertise. Kempton was a guest Sommelier on the Holland America Line Prinsendam for a 14 day cruise in 2006. He also caters smaller wine & food events, consults for several Hotels and Restaurants creating wine lists and performing staff training, and leads tours of Nova Scotia wineries.
